Reservation Agreement:
SEAT BELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION.
Parking Fees for Inside Pick Ups May be added to trip total upon completion.
Waiting Times and Stops: For all point-to-point reservations wait time will be charged after the grace period has elapsed. Wait time will be charged in 15 minutes increments at the current hourly rate. Sedan $65 an hour, SUV- $ 70 an hour, Stretch Limo - $135 an hour.
Wait time grace period is defined as 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time except for Airport and Cruise line pick up’s line which have 1 hour grace period.
Passenger requested stops during a point-to-point reservation will be charged the prevailing stop charge and any wait time if the stop lasts longer than the 15 minute grace period.
Delay Policy: Client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions, vehicle break downs and/or severe weather conditions delay travel. Every effort will be made to dispatch the contracted vehicle/bus during these conditions and all attempts will be made to arrive at the designated pick up locations on time. In the event that there is a delay caused by an Act of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or severe weather conditions result in any of the contracted vehicle / bus arriving late at any of the pickup addresses, Imperial Limousine & Car Service will modify the drop off time to reflect the amount of time caused by the delay. You agree that this action will compensate you for the delay and there will be no further liability to Imperial Limousine & Car Service. Should we deem at any time up until the day of the service that said conditions are too dangerous for our chauffeurs and vans to be on the road, we will inform you of such and terminate the service. You will receive a full refund of any payments made to Imperial Limousine & Car Service by you (i.e. deposits, prepaid overtime and balance) within 3 to 5 days by credit card charge reversal. Also, on the very rare instance of vehicle break down, we will substitute vehicle based on the amount of passengers assigned to assure you get to your destination. We are not responsible for the type of vehicle assigned as long as it can accommodate the amount of passengers traveling. We will, however, refund the difference in the vehicle price. Please note that this is a very rare instance since we have our vehicles on a very strict maintenance program.
Airport Transfers: There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a full charge to your account with the exceptions listed on our websites TERMS/FAQ's page for “Extraordinary Circumstances” You can not cancel your reservation on short notice for any other reason such as missed flight or last minute change of plans. You should call us, however, immediately if you can’t make your pick-up. If your driver has not left for the airport yet and is available we will work with our valued clients when possible.
Hourly/Limo: Hourly/Limo: Hourly rentals require a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at time of reservation. The balance will be held 14 days prior to the service date. Once this charge has been made all monies are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Weddings/ After Weddings/Prom Packages: Our Wedding, After Weddings and Prom Packages requires a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of reservation. The balance will be held 30 days prior to the service date. Once this charge has been made all monies are NON-REFUNDALE.
Holiday Light Tours: Our Holiday Light Tour requires a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of reservation. The balance will be held 30 days prior to the service date. Once this charge has been made all monies are NON-REFUNDABLE. *****PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT IF THE HOLIDAY LIGHT TOUR SHOULD GO OVER YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SET HOLIDAY RATE PLUS GRATUITY FOR EACH ADDITONAL HOUR.
Damage/Cleaning Fees: Please leave our vehicles in the same condition they were when you entered. Smoking is Strictly Prohibited and there is a $250 sanitation Fee. There is a $250 Fee for Vomit or any other bodily fluids found. Carpet Cleaning & Trash Removal is a $100 Fee. Passenger/Booking agent is Fully Responsible for any repairs to the interior of the interior of the vehicle.
We do not bill in partial or pro-rated increments. All charges will have a hold from time of reservation and finalized within 48 hours of trip date for Airports/Point to Point and within 14 Days for Hourly/Packages. Driver Gratuity can be paid in cash at time of service or included in final bill. Please let your Reservationist know your preference ahead of time.
Phoning-in your credit card number or entering it through our online reservation system to Imperial Limousine Car & Service, LLC in order to make a deposit or pay for limousine service, is considered a legal binding contract and you agree to allow us to access your card for payment.
Cancellation Policy: We do not accept a cancellation my email or via voice mail. Please make sure that you call our office @ 732-630-5445 and speak to one of our reservationists.
